A gaming term. Referring to characters in a game that cannot be controlled or played, therefor, Non-Playable Characters. I'm getting random here. I've been drawing creative background/NPC characters since Chao and Anthony got into the movie theater, and will continue doing it without the "plain-white" base-characters I've done before...
